This Vintage Esso/Exxon Tin Lithograph Round Metal Tiger Tray and mugs are Promotional Gasoline Advertising Items and are in very good condition. A couple of small scratches on tray (tried to show in photo). This promotional, vintage tray features Esso/Exxon’s tiger mascot performing several activities such as lifting weights, sleeping, etc. The tray is made of metal with an off white background and primarily black and orange graphics. It is from the late 1950’s - 1960’s. A fun piece of memorabilia to use anywhere in the home but especially fitting for a man cave! Measurements - 13” in diameter x 3/4” in height. Comes with 5 Fire King Milk Glass Advertising Tiger Mugs from Esso/Exxon that were Promotional Gasoline Advertising Items. All items are in very good condition. These wonderful Fire King milk glass coffee mugs were produced for Humble Oil for its Put a Tiger in your Tank promotion for their Enco Extra and Esso Extra gasoline circa 1959 - 1970. It is in good condition with what looks like a few scratch stacking marks near the bottom, but has no nicks; chips or cracks and the decal is intact. The inside of the mug has no stain or scratch marks to these pieces, but with all glass pieces of this time period there are manufacture defects of rough mold lines and straw marks. The bottom of the 3 smaller mugs reads Anchor Hocking Fire-King Ware Made in the U.S.A. The larger mugs read Oven Fire King Ware made in USA. The smaller mugs measure, 3-3/8" x 3-1/8" the large ones 3 1/8” x 3 5/16. These are fine gasoline advertising pieces that are fully functional also.
