Gibson TG-100 4-String Acoustic Tenor Guitar, 1930s. This handsome vintage guitar in black with white pick guard has what appears to be original finish, with pearloid dot inlays on fretboard with 14 frets clear of body, and V neck profile with banjo-style tuners. Wood is likely mahogany with spruce top, like L-00 model of similar era. The TG-100 is said to have a tenor voice prized by musicians. Includes vintage thin-walled hard case.
Dimensions are 38 in h x 14.75 in w x 3.3 in d. Condition is good, with wear consistent with age, numerous small scuffs, scratches, and dings throughout, checking over entire body, and some hazing and finish wear, through structurally sound. Please call or email for a detailed condition report.
