ca. 1915, decorated by Sadie Irvine, New Orleans, Louisiana, with flowing crocus flowers, and painted green and blue, marked with an incised "NC", Sadie Irvine's script initials, a painted "HE-21" registration number, an incised "265" and "73".

Condition
In overall good condition. The foot rim with a TINY flake to the interior edge and a small old flake chip (1/8" x 3/16") near the exterior edge. A few very faint "silver" surface scuffs scattered throughout. Light accretions and staining to the lower interior as to be expected with age and use.
