An eighteenth-century Danish silver snuff box, of cushioned rectangular form, the hinged cover with cast top depicting a classical scene framed by rococo style scrolls, four hallmarks struck to the interior of the base, Copenhagen c.1759, Assay Master's mark of Christopher Fabritius, maker's mark possibly, 'ICS', length 8.3cm, weight 146g/4.69ozt approx
