Vintage 1930s Schoenhut "Liberty" Banjo Ukulele

Travel back in time with this sweet old banjo uke. Made by Schoenhunt in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in the late 1920s or early 1930s, it's a Liberty banjolele. Even though Schoenhut is best known as a maker of toy pianos, and still makes toy pianos, they made ukuleles, including banjo ukes, in the late 1920s and early 1930s. This banjo uke still has its original parts asides from its strings, bridge, and two tuning pegs. The banjo uke has its nicks and wear marks but is in relatively good condition for its age with no major damage. The previous owner put a small rope around the pegs.
