Item Details

Description

Of heavy silk embroidered gauze in two sections, the 8 inch upper section in repeating pleats with background diaper design of swastikas with roundels of dragons and Chinese characters, the 28 inch lower section depicting hundreds of cranes surrounding a house, the other hanging identically worked with landscape of peony trees and fruit trees with bamboo and rockwork. Each panel 8 feet x 28 inches. (Few areas of oxidized thread, wear to foundation) very good.
