World War Two United States Army Headquarters 1st Medical Regiment ring and set of screw back distinctive unit insignia DI - DUI.This ring is size 8&1/2. Manufacturer marked "Grouse & Co, N. Attleboro Mass".The ring shows wear and has a split in the shank but the ring is complete. Both DIs feature " N.S. Meyer New York " hallmarks. In 1943, the unit was reorganized and redesignated as Headquarters and Headquarters Detachment, 1st Medical Group. During World War II, the 1st Medical Group served in the European Theater of Operations ETO and participated in campaigns in the Rhineland and Central Europe. In-house shipping is available. Pickup is Monday, April 29th from 11 am to 3 pm in Carroll, Ohio 43112 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item. Once packed up we will send you an invoice for shipping & handling.
