Vintage Industrial Custom Singer Sewing Machine Treadle Table
Here's a beautiful take on the popular Singer treadle sewing machine tables. The base is an authentic cast iron Singer sewing machine base that has been refurbished to a beautiful gloss black finish with the raised lettering. The top is a live edge maple slab that has had the cracks and checks stabilized with dyed epoxy before being finished with Rubio Monocoat. The finish provides protection while retaining the close to the wood feel.
Made by the Singer Manufacturing Company, in the Kilbowie factory, Clydebank, Scotand.
