(Disneyland, 1979/82) A pair of Main Street Vehicles “Driver of the Year” awards won by Ralph Hanson. These unique Cast Member incentives are initiated internally to foster team-building and camaraderie. The 1979 award is a souvenir metal Mickey figure with a rare Guided Tour tag filled out with Ralph’s name and “Driver of the Year 1979.” The 1982 award is a plaque engraved with Ralph’s name and ”Man of the Year 1982.” Measuring 3” tall in the 3.75” cylinder and 6” x 8”, the awards are in fine condition, with light wear to the cylinder and tag from age.
