Haematite with a standing naked female facing frontally, a male worshipper wearing long robes and cap, hands raised in prayer, facing a male figure wearing sash and kilt, round cap on head and dagger tied to waist; rectangular panel with three columns of cuneiform text. 7.6 grams, 19 mm (3/4 in.).
