A Chinese 'Junyao' dish, Northern Song or Jin Dynasty (960-1234), well potted with the wide shallow sides raised on a short foot, covered overall with an attractive milky sky-blue glaze thinning to a mushroom tone at the rim, the unglazed foot showing the grey stoneware body, Radcliffe collection label 'B2', exhibition labels for Cape Town 1953 and BADA, 17.5cm diameterProvenance: Major Edward Copleston Radcliffe (1898-1967) collection and listed in the family archive as purchased from Bluett & Sons in 1953 for £5-0s-0d, but listed in the Bluett archive as 'a flat chun saucer with lavender glaze, 7in', sold to Major Radcliffe May 9th, 1934, for £7.10.00 having been purchased from Mr Harwood, March 5th, 1934 for £5.00 Exhibited: National Gallery of South Africa, Chinese Exhibition, Cape Town, 1953, no. 44 宋至金 鈞釉盤拍品來源:Edward Copleston Radcliffe (1898-1967) 少校私人收藏(家族檔案編號B2),其在家族檔案中記載為1953年以5英鎊購自英國著名古董商Bluett & Sons,然而在Bluett的檔案中記載為1934年3月5日購自Harwood先生收藏,並於同年5月9日以7.1英鎊售於Radcliffe少校展覽資訊:南非國家畫廊,中​​國藝術,1953年,開普敦,編號44號
