Edward Curtis (American, 1868-1952). Blue-tone gelatin silver print depicting an image of cowboys herding a group of bison. From the Edward S. Curtis Studio at the Biltmore Hotel in Los Angeles, California.

Condition
The photograph has not tears, losses, or restorations. It is affixed to a paperboard backing, however, it is becoming unstuck from this along the corners and edges. The paperboard backing is toned and brittle and there are some areas of soiling. There are three tears along the edges. There are several small losses, mainly along the corners. There is one larger loss along the lower right corner; a piece is included.
