DESCRIPTION: Pair of Chinese porcelain & pewter double condiment servers, the porcelain decorated with polychrome lotus, foliage, and bat motifs. Each marked with "China" on underside of pewter. "Made in China" label on underside of one server.

This lot was acquired from a deaccession of various objects belonging to Vizcaya Museum and Gardens in Miami. However, this lot represents objects that were donated to Vizcaya by benefactors over a period of past decades. This lot was never a part of the museum’s original collection.

CONDITION: Minor to moderate wear to pewter consistent with age and use. Porcelain has enamel and gilt loss consistent with age and use.
