The plaque includes a gold Sun Records 45 single for Elvis Presley's "Blue Moon of Kentucky", which was released on Sun Records in 1954. The single was certified gold for having sold over 500,000 on June 25, 2004. The framed display also includes a gold plaque that reads, "Presented To Elvis Presley To Commemorate The Sale of More Than One Million Copies of the Sun Records Single Record 'Blue Moon of Kentucky'".
