Small footed bowl decorated in famille rose enamels; one side showing two maidens, a boy and a little dog in a garden near a table with a bowl of fruit. The other side shows a scholar seated under a tree in a landscape, fanning himself as a small boy demonstrates a toy. Between these scenes are smaller scenes with landscapes, lingzhe fungus, and flowers. Light brown dressing to rim. Two very tiny rim chips/ nibbles. Approx. 5 1/2" diameter, 2 1/2" in height.
