Beautiful piece created in Italy during the mid-century period, circa 1960. The mounting has been created with intricates organics motifs in solid 18 karats of textured yellow gold. The main element is the portrait bust of a young lady (42 x 27 mm) carved from natural Sardinian red coral. The mounting is accented around, with 7 four-prongs settings that are holding round brilliants cut diamonds, 0.42 carats, F/G color, VS-2 clarity This piece is pretty heavy and large with a weight of 48.95 grams and a measures of 60 mm by 43 mm by 25.5 mm (2.36 x 1.69 x 1.01 inches).
