Maker's mark Cyrillic NSh, Moscow, 1850
Rectangular, depicted full-length, centering St. Nifont, Bishop of Novgorod, raising his right hand in a blessing and holding the open Gospels in his left, flanked by flanked by St. Minas of Egypt the Martyr and St. Boniface of Tarsus the Martyr, with repoussé vestments and rocaille borders. Height 4 5/8 inches (11.7 cm), width 3 1/2 inches (8.9 cm).
