In two parts, the upper section surmounted by a broken pediment centered by a tabernacle cresting with urn finial above swags, seraph's head and shell carved niche flanked by Corinthian capitals and acanthus-carved scrolls above eagle and laurel leaf carved frieze flanked by seraphs' heads, over a pair of paneled doors opening to a shelved interior fitted with three drawers, the lower section fitted with a pair of drawers over a pair of cupboard doors opening to a shelved interior, on block feet, top of lower section with stenciled number 38 and partially printed warehouse label.
