(American, 19th century), painted tinplate bicycle toy with a girl rider balancing on a bike and tracking on a pierced metal rim, connected to center clockwork mechanism which revolves the figure around center. Dollwith composition head. Patented by John E. Conklin, Seneca Falls, NY, May 29, 1877.
