Very fine & rare vintage Patek Philippe Tegola "Hour Glass" in platinum with factory diamond dial in platinum on an elegant custom platinum mesh link band. Case, dial & movement signed Patek Philippe. Manual w/ subseconds. Ref. 1593. Circa 1950's. This is one of Patek Philippe's best designs ever given to a rectangular wristwatch. With Archive papers. Will fit a 7.25"-7.75" wrist. Fine Pre-owned Patek Philippe Watch.
