Europe and Central Asia,Ca. 1 late 1st millennium C.C. - late 1s
The first a rare Bactrian ladle with petalled finial. The second, of Roman manufacture, the flattened proximal end of handle engraved with the letters M.A.R. and a heart. The third is a primitive Saxon period Byzantine example. Lastly, a late Byzantine or early Medieval spoon with a flattened bowl joining a large diamond section handle terminating in a turned finial.
