All bidders are required to email contact@ararityllc.com when setting up shipment of their items. Please name the shipping provider you authorize to retrieve your items. Items will only be released once we have received this authorization email (does not apply to UPS store 4608).

Items must be shipped within 15 days of auction end. Items remaining in our possession will be subject to storage fees of at least $25 per item per week. Storage fees must be paid before a shipper can pick up items. Any items remaining 30 days after auction end will be forfeited and subject to relist or disposal with no refunds offered. Shippers will be required to sign for items. Pickup: We are available for pickup only by appointment Monday through Friday 10am to 4pm. Please do not show up without an appointment, your items will not be released if an appointment is not made before your arrival. To arrange a pickup from our warehouse in Lorton please contact Nick at contact@ararityllc.com or call 571-642-5127. All items must be picked up within 15 days of auction end.
