Publishing Place: North Hills (PA). Copy #112 of 175 copies only; laid in is the original 4 p. prospectus on hand-made paper, in the original envelope addressed to Brentano's rare book department. Large octavo, leather spine with hand-made red paste-paper boards. The spine gilt is a bit faded and there is a light jam at the heel of spine; both hinges on the book are still stiff. The only real condition issue is with whitish speckling on the top board, almost certainly due to insect grazing. Speckling is very heavy on the bottom 1 1/2 inches of the front board; there are a few areas on the foredge, and about 30 specks in the area of the top joint. The bottom board is almost completely unaffected; has just a few specks localized in two small areas. Condition: Very Good.
