The 18-karat gold lion’s head form pendant contains two emerald eyes measuring approximately 3 mm, a cabochon ruby measuring approximately 4 x 3.5 mm (with crack), and brow and mouth set with 24 single-cut diamonds with a total weight of approximately 0.48 carat, approximately F color (graded in setting) and SI1 clarity, marked “18K,” “HB c 267.” The pendant with two vertical pins and one horizontal pin can also be worn as a brooch. This pendant was designed specifically for Elvis. Elvis wore this pendant on multiple occasions, including his meeting with President Nixon, his acceptance of the Jaycees Award and Sonny West’s wedding. This lot also includes a letter of provenance from Jimmy Velvet noting that this pendant was gifted to him by Elvis. Accompanied by a letter of authenticity from Graceland Authenticated.

Overall excellent condition with minor discoloration and dirt in grooves consistent with use.
