A Doucai Porcelain Bottle Vase,
YONGZHENG MARK AND PERIOD (1723-1736)
having a cupped mouth with ruyi band over the cylindrical neck with two bow strings and scrolled lotus decoration, the shoulder with a band of scrolling foliage within a border of yellow glazed lappets, the tapering body with scrolling red lotus and leafy vines above a border of ruyi, the pedestal foot below a horizontal rib, with foliage and a leiwen banded side in red and blue glaze, having a six character Yongzheng mark within a double ring to the underside.
Height 10 1/2 inches.
