A TIBETAN THANGKA SCROLL
Qing Dynasty
Of rectangular form, the pigment on cotton thangka depicting the Buddha surrounded by various Lama and Arhats, above a depiction of Mahakala, flanked to each side by two stupa, mounted within a three-tiered silk border of yellow and orange, and mounted on a blue silk brocade backing as a hanging scroll with turned wood ends.
H 26½ x W 18 inches.
