A gold-plated version of the Reliant, a Miranda class starship that was made for use in the feature film Star Trek: Nemesis. In the film, a wall of miniature gold starships can be seen in the Enterprise-E's briefing room. This model, that was made by long-time illustrator John Eaves, was one of three that were made for use in the film... but were ultimately not used due to time constrictions. This piece started out as a commercially-available AMT model kit, that was then filled with resin and electroplated gold. This unique piece remains in excellent condition, and measures 18" x 11" x 5".Note: This item is a re-list from a past auction.
