A pair of nearly identical Eastlake style Victorian bookcases. United States. Late 19th century. Walnut body with removable three sided turned top gallery, two glass paned doors over one drawer. With reeded frame around doors and bulls eyes carved at corners, incised carved brackets, and veneered diamond pattern at top. Larger: 81 1/4"h x 39 3/4"w x 19 1/4"d. Smaller: 80"h x 38"w x 19 1/4"d.
Condition: Scuffs, scratches, and ware consistent with age and use, especially at edges and bottoms. Please contact us for a detailed condition report.
