Three-Piece Baltimore Sterling Silver Tea Set, dated 1928, by Jacobi and Jenkins, including a "Turkish"-style teapot, h. 8", a cream jug, h. 2-1/2", and a turned wood handle tea strainer, l. 8-1/4", each decorated all over with repousse flowers in the traditional Baltimore manner, monogrammed on the underside "AAK/MDR" (the strainer "AKP"), 18.78 total t. oz. (including wooden handle).

Overall Condition: Good. The teapot spout is dented slightly inward toward the handle, with a crease at the base of the spout where it joins the body. The insulators are chipped and broken, with both pins missing, all repaired with resin epoxy. The foot ring is slightly out of round resulting in a slight wobble. There is a long surface shrinkage crack on the wood handle of the strainer, but it does not extend into the handle itself and poses no structural problems; slight give at the retaining pin due to shrinkage. No issues noted on the creamer. Each piece marked (on the underside): "Jacobi & Jenkins" with their trademark, also "Sterling 925/1000 Fine"; the teapot and creamer additionally marked: "Makers / Baltimore".
