Item Details

Description

Egon Eiermann, H. 93 x 66 x 90 cm. Made by Heinrich Murmann AG, Johannisthal. Tubular metal, painted black, wickerwork, wood.

Condition

This prototype was designed and manufactured in 1956. Eiermann originally designed it for his wife. She used to use a similar model all her life. This sample, however, was acquired from the storage of the original manufacturer by Egon Eiermann's widow c1999. The wooden, removable feet were added later.
