The Chinese porcelain lidded cups are delicately potted with slightly rounded sides rising from footed base toward flat opening, the domed lids supported the comforming ring finial. The exterior decorated with two famille rose red dragons borne amidst flames and colorful clouds in pursuit of the gilt flaming pearl, between cobalt blue bands of geometrical pattern on rim. Attractive gilt overglazed detailing the red dragons' scales and the fine ring on mouth rim.


Mark on base and cover, six blue script -KaiShu- characters, GuangXu Reign Period of Great Qing.
