This piece was removed from a wall in London because it bears the iconic stencil of a rat holding a sign saying "You Lie" from mysterious UK artist Banksy. We have tried to contact several people and companies who deal with street art and they informed us that there is nobody who authenticicates Banksy street art. This is sold as After or attributed to the artist. Provenance: This and the other Banksy pieces come from a art collector and dealer from Jerusleum and specializes in street art. He has had pieces sell at auction for over $200,000 of Banksy. Measures: 14" height by 12" width, this is a very heavy cut out slab of concrete.
