Description
CONTINENTAL MAHOGANY BRACKET CLOCK, brass movement with two fusee pulleys, bell chime, housed in a mahogany case with gilt-metal ring handles, applied half-column molding flanking the domed glass door, and other applied turned elements, all resting on ball-form gilt-metal feet; porcelain dial with Roman numerals. Pendulum present. 19th century. 19 3/8" H, 11 1/8" x 7 1/2" OA.
Very good condition overall, some natural splitting to case, some minor losses to moldings, dial with some wear and minor flaking. Currently in working condition.
