An annual pass issued to Philip Stubbs. Stubbs was working for the Franklin & Megantic Railroad in 1897. The F&M was a Sandy River predecessor. This pass has a nice vignette of Carratunk Falls in the upper left corner. The Somerset Railway would become part of the Maine Central Railroad.
