This Vintage Original 1974 Rerelease 27 x 41 The Poseidon Adventure Movie Poster would grade out at a C7 or C8. This is not a REPRINT or a REPRODUCTION. This poster was stored folded and only the back was exposed so the color is excellent. This poster ships rolled. The photos above are of the actual item you will receive so please check them for condition of poster. Like most one-sheet posters printed before 1990, this poster was folded before being shipped to a movie theater. Most folds flatten out nicely for framing and are often desirable for vintage, collectible movie posters. Vintage movie posters were normally printed in very limited quantities, often making them difficult to find, especially in high grade condition. The posters were not meant to be saved by movie theaters. In fact, after their initial use to promote the movie, theaters were instructed to return them to studios so they could be destroyed. I see these sold as Master prints dated 1972 this is dated 1974 when the film was rereleased as a limited engagement. This came from the estate of the owner of a local movie theater so it was one that was on display at the theater. Most likely a rare find.
