Opulent dining room table with intricate hand-painted cobblestone top over a cream paint and gilt decorated impressive fluted pedestal column. The apron is decorated with relief over-lapping gilt spheres separated by gilt floral medallions.
The table rests on prominent corbel form legs with acanthus leaves, fluted and terminating with a stylized curled acanthus leaf foot on a block base. Circa early 1900's.

Provenance: The table retains a name tag from Rosel Bruxelles as well as a Christie's Auction House sticker.

Measurements: 59 1/2" wide and 30 1/2" high. Also included are four 11 3/4" leaves. Approximately 108" fully extended.
Condition: There is a 1" spot of loss with surrounding flaking; some sporadic minor red paint spots that blend into the faux finish; some sunning but not readily noticeable and only mentioned for accuracy. Condition otherwise consistent with age and use.
