Very rare and uncommon on the books market and books auctions.

Devil's Alphabet Set a brief sketch of defects that cause the Christian youth, the young, the Society is dedicated to one versed in horror as a precaution and vice goal with append, eternal punishments of hell.

Johann Niess (1584-1634) was a Bavarian Jesuit priest who wrote books for young people.

Alphabetum Diaboli alphabetical lists of virtues and vices, respectively, compiled by Niess.

Extremely scarce and curious occult treatise on the manifestations of devils in our world.

That work is unknown to most bibliographies and was last published during the 17th Century, no modern editions can be found.

It can't be compared to any book ever published on the subject.

Officially the author dedicates his book to the education of young people, but it reveals a very esoteric and profound knowledge of demonology and was often used by exorcists and the inquisition.
