Description

This is the First Lady Dollhouse. Original dollhouse was present to First Lady Rosalyn Carter. This dollhouse was one of 250 limited edition dollhouses made by Real Good Toys. The house is big with additions. There's a tower on the side with 3 rooms and 2 Bessler staircases. The other side has a 2 room addition, and off to the side is a garage. All bricked. The house was wired originally, but is not working. There are however beautiful light fixtures inside. The dollhouse is sold as is, and you can always re-do the dollhouse if you like. The porch is not attached, and you can attach it if you like. A great part of history. The garage is separate with the measurements: 10 1/4" wide x 14 1/4 deep x 12 1/2" high.
