Post Civil War July 4th 1866 New Jersey Honorable Soldier Testimonial signed by then Governor Marcus L Ward and Secretary of State Horace Congar. Along with a possible battle flag from 3rd New Jersey Cavalry Regiment 1863 to 1865. Used condition, not examined out of frame, breaks and losses to glass, stains, losses and missing pieces to paper. Framed size 16 1/2" x 18 1/2"
