The Battalion, by Robert Black, Stackpole Books, 2006 First Edition. The book details the dramatic story of the 2 nd Ranger Battalion in World War II. It has been signed on the third page by Col Robert Black and Len Lomell. Lomell took part in the D Day landings scaling the 100 foot cliff at Pointe Du Hoc. Book and dust jacket are in good condition.
