Description
Two hand-colored engravings after William Hogarth (1697-1764) which illustrates Samuel Butler’s Hudibras. These both come with a COA with is attached to the back of each framed engraving. It states at the bottom of each engraving was published in London by G & J Robinson, Pater Nofter Row in 1802. However, the COA states that these were produced between 1822 and 1830. They are both triple matted and framed under glass in a gold and copper toned frame. With frame, each measures 22 inches x 29 inches.
