Description
A 1969 Gibson Les Paul Custom, serial #566113, ebony finish. Owned and played by Randy Bachman, who has sold 40 million records worldwide as a member of The Guess Who, Bachman-Turner Overdrive, and as a solo artist.

Randy used this guitar during various TV appearances as well as with The Guess Who on the Rainbow Stage in 1969.

A 3-piece mahogany neck, bound 22-fret ebony fretboard with mother of pearl block inlays, mother of pearl Gibson logo (no dot on the “I”) and split diamond inlays on the multi-ply bound headstock which wears a set of original waffle back tuners. An ebony-finished mahogany with a maple top, multi-ply binding on the top and back with gold hardware including a patent number bridge, a replaced stop tailpiece, patent sticker pickups, and original witch hat knobs.

Headstock has been broken and repaired, still visible. Some solder joints have been re-done, pots date to 52nd week of 1968. Pickguard is missing. Includes original black Gibson case with yellow interior.
