Good to very good condition overall, toning throughout, expected fold-lines/seams, with some associated minor discoloration, repair or reinforcement to reverse of fold-lines/seams, including likely repaired tear from top edge on center fold-line, a few minor stains to margins, some other repaired tears to top and bottom edges.
