If the auction is online only, it would be good to state that right up front in the auction description. Set preview days/hours mentioned right up front would be helpful too.

Dear Sirs, despite this perfect transaction and purchase, I can only suggest to you to have a look to the Swedish site www.lauritz.com and see how easy is the payment and shipping processes. I think that also if not being a big company a "small" auction house could organize a simple, secure and rapid payment and shipping method without leaving to the customer the arrangements especially for the last one that is always reason of concern. Mirror had many cracks and re glued pieces to it that were not mention, photographed at all. Sections of the mirrors detailed molding was re-fabricated and repaired and not s mention of that. Also the candle stick holders are cracked and are ready to fall off if any amount of weight is applied to them.

Item was not Vintage but a later production. Communication was awful. Pick up was sketchy-Open Wearhouse with No one around. Never Again.
