Dear , We are very sorry to hear that your experience with us was unsatisfactory. Normally, when a customer has a problem with a purchase, they tell us directly and we workout something that is satisfactory to all involved. Had you done this we would have been happy to work with you. Instead you chose a different route. As far as the item in question, we did not state in the description an estimate of age. Although I have a general knowledge of many things, I am not an expert in all things. We encourage bidders to inspect each item prior to the auction and make dates available to accommodate this. We also provide detailed condition reports and estimates of age upon request, (which we did not receive from you). Regarding the pick up, we waited all morning for your trucker and stepped away for 15 minutes for lunch. I answered your email stating we were headed back within minutes. It is certainly your choice to never bid with us again, but I would hope that should you have a problem with anything you buy at another auction house, you would have the courtesy of asking them to correct the problem before you offered your opinion in a negative review.
