I PAID FOR MY ITEM BUT NEVER RECEIVED AND WAS CHARGED FOR THE BUYER’S PREMIUM
I have purchased many artworks and furniture from auction houses around the world, but never have I encountered a situation where I pad for an item immediately and it was never received. There was an issue with importation (3 months after i paid for the item) and rather than help me, the auction house took their commission and cut-off all communication. Buyer BEWARE.
