Dear bidder, I reminded you that the seller of your lot had requested a shipping quote for you and he paid the release of the export certificate, following the procedure on your behalf. You paid the shipping after almost a month, but the lot could not leave because you refused to sign the export documents to be sent to customs (the shipping is the responsibility and at the expense of the buyer). When you finally sent the signed documents (after another month), the shipment was blocked by customs because it had taken too long. You also did not want to send your documents to customs for import, making impossible to resolve the situation. Almost 5 months had passed since the end of the auction and the seller asked to cancel the sale, having taken charge of the export procedure and having lost time, without having been refunded. If the delivery of the work and the sale were not successful, it was just because of your lack of cooperation and your delays.
