The painting was exactly as pictured and described, with only some slight chipping along the edges near the frame. The fellow I met with at the auction house when I went to pick up the painting was friendly and helpful. No problems to report and would absolutely bid again.

Always willing to accommodate the client, a pleasure to deal with.

After paying as soon as I received the invoice, I expected the ring to be shipped in time for my 20th Anniversary 2 weeks later. Receiving no messages or alerts from Mooneys, I started calling. No return calls to my 3 calls. I called the UPS Store, as the invoice mentioned and was advised ‘ Oh this time they are handling shipping themselves. ’ And he gave me Mike’s cell phone. I called, Mike picked up, and said ‘ Oh I thought these were all shipped out already. I will call you right back. ’ No return call. I called Mike the next day, he didn’t pick up. Instead, an hour later I get a call from their jewelry specialist who was ‘ just then ’ packing my ring when she noticed it was missing 3 stones and advised she had already refunded my money. That didnt help me get an anniversary gift, set me back a week and a half with no offer to repair or make the situation right. Normal for Mooneys? No idea, but I will not buy from them again.
