Invoice never sent (below expectations???). Auction relisted item 4 times the price!!!

i purchased one tea pot but the condition is not like they description as good ， i sent the message many times ， but not one answered no one cared ？ ？ bad service ！ i bought a lot stuff no like such bad auction house ？

After paying as soon as I received the invoice, I expected the ring to be shipped in time for my 20th Anniversary 2 weeks later. Receiving no messages or alerts from Mooneys, I started calling. No return calls to my 3 calls. I called the UPS Store, as the invoice mentioned and was advised ‘ Oh this time they are handling shipping themselves. ’ And he gave me Mike’s cell phone. I called, Mike picked up, and said ‘ Oh I thought these were all shipped out already. I will call you right back. ’ No return call. I called Mike the next day, he didn’t pick up. Instead, an hour later I get a call from their jewelry specialist who was ‘ just then ’ packing my ring when she noticed it was missing 3 stones and advised she had already refunded my money. That didnt help me get an anniversary gift, set me back a week and a half with no offer to repair or make the situation right. Normal for Mooneys? No idea, but I will not buy from them again.

It's been a long time and I can't get in touch with the auction company. I've paid and I can't get any response

The painting was exactly as pictured and described, with only some slight chipping along the edges near the frame. The fellow I met with at the auction house when I went to pick up the painting was friendly and helpful. No problems to report and would absolutely bid again.

Item came smelling like cigar smoke. It was disgusting. They couldn’t process the card I had on file for some reason so I had to do PayPal. Then the shipper info was the wrong phone number and it took numerous tries to find out how to actually GET my item. What a pain. And when it arrived it was described as Anonymous... which is actually a clothing line. This was not made by Anonymous. This was made by a different company so it was not worth nearly what I thought it might be. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible.

I got my items. Shoes, pants and skirts. The One of the shoe, the heel was broken. It was feel apart. some clothes that I received, some of them have different brand. They said on the listing the brands are theory. The facts, not all of them are theory. So, I was kind of disappointed. They should check the item if there is some flaws. Or just take pictures of it. Overall I am not satisfied.
