To say that the guys over at East wing are professional would be an understatement. The entire team is very customer service driven, and are very, very accommodating. I live about two hours away from them, and they always accommodate me as long as I communicate with them, on pick up times. That is a huge deal for me since im driving from so far. The pictures and descriptions provided by this auction team Certainly make it easy to place a bid and bid confidently. I love all of the information they provide and they never try to hide any damage or any as is. I have found with other option houses they do not take the same courtesies. Often times I find that auction houses lack description or outright just don’t mention damage and to me, as a bitter I feel like the more information I have the more confidence I can bid with. They pride themselves on describing all items to the best of their ability and showing any damage in the photos. This makes me as a long distance, bidder, feel very confident about doing business with them. I have never once been disappointed upon picking up my items. I am constantly anxiously awaiting their next sale! If you buy from them you will definitely love them!

The model train engines were received by the person I had given them to. They were carefully packed, and arrived without any problem, and are going to be put through the usual testing and minor repairs process by my friend. Satisfied.

I enjoyed the auction process and am very pleased with my train set (near mint as correctly described by the auction house!!). Of note, I am especially pleased with the packer/shipper I chose (We Pack and Ship??) their attention to detail is impressive. In fact, it is possibly the best packing/shipping I have received in three years of auction bidding. This attention to detail ensured my very sensitive items arrived safely. Thank you.
